This whole class can be done in a chair. It's designed to accommodate all levels. Those feeling more steady may choose to do some sections standing with a chair nearby for balance. If you have a light set of hand weights you can use them otherwise do the movements without them or use two water bottles or soup cans as substitutes.
Move to Improve will focus on feeling stronger and more confident with everyday movement. This class incorporates strength, mobility and balance training. Exercises are first done in a seated position then transition to standing.
