Looking Back at 2025: A Year of Progress, Purpose, and Better Gut Health

A Year of Growth for Sorridi Therapeutics

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to pause, reflect, and say thank you to our NeuroFiber community. This year marked meaningful growth for Sorridi Therapeutics, not only with the launch of NeuroFiber Bars, but in building a community centered on education, support, and helping people live healthier lives.

Putting Gut Health at the Center of the Conversation

In 2025, one truth became clearer than ever: gut health matters. A growing body of scientific research continues to reveal the powerful connection between gut health, brain health, and overall well-being, earning the gut microbiome its reputation as the body’s “second brain.” In fact, in 2025 alone, 2,217 peer-reviewed PubMed-indexed papers referenced the gut–brain axis, underscoring just how rapidly this field is advancing. NeuroFiber was created to help translate this expanding body of microbiome science into a practical, fiber-based way to support gut and brain health in everyday life. Supporting Real Lives is What Matters To Us

While we remain deeply focused on supporting individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, it has also become increasingly clear that gut health goes far beyond one disease. Your gut microbiome affects how we feel, function, and thrive, regardless of age, diagnosis, or lifestyle. This understanding continues to shape how we educate, innovate, and connect.

Growing Together as a Community

Over the past year, our community continued to grow, and we’re incredibly thankful for the support. Through shared experiences, thoughtful questions, and honest conversations, you helped shape the way we show up.

We’ve also been encouraged by the positive reception of NeuroFiber among neurologists and dieticians, whose engagement reinforces the role of evidence-based nutrition in supporting gut and brain health.

Gut-Health Innovation with Intention

Behind the scenes, 2025 was a year of thoughtful refinement as we continued our commitment to creating fiber solutions that are effective, easy to use, and designed for long-term wellness. This past year, we launched NeuroFiber Bars, a tasty, all-natural, science-backed blend of 14 prebiotic and whole-food fibers designed to support the gut–brain axis.

What sets us apart from other fiber products is our commitment to clinical validation: in a study of 18 individuals with Parkinson’s disease, 75% of those experiencing constipation reported improvements. Even more striking, we observed meaningful reductions in gut inflammation, revealing how much hidden inflammation can be at work beneath the surface and demonstrating the power of targeted nutrition to support gut health.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Energized by everything we learned in 2025, we’re excited for what lies ahead. In 2026, we’re preparing to launch a larger clinical study in individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and, in collaboration with academic partners, exploring the potential of NeuroFiber in other disease states. We’re also thrilled to introduce new products, including our much anticipated NeuroFiber prebiotic blend powder, which is a convenient new way to support daily gut health.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

  • Lead with compassion for the Parkinson’s community

  • Expand the conversation around gut health for everyone

  • Educate with clarity, consistency, and care

  • Support progress over perfection

Thank You for Being Part of our Gut-Health Movement

To everyone who read our blogs, shared feedback, tried NeuroFiber Bars, or simply took a step toward better gut health this year, thank you. You are the reason we do what we do.

As we close out 2025, we do so with gratitude and optimism for the year ahead. Together, we step into 2026 with intention, excited to continue the conversation, educate our growing community and lead the gut-health movement. Sorridi Therapeutics may be a small team, but we’re driven by big ambition and a shared commitment to advancing gut health and preventing chronic diseases for all.
